Becoming isn’t about arriving.
It’s about having the courage to keep becoming.

Boldly Becoming began with a simple belief: every person deserves room to grow, heal, question, laugh, and discover who they are becoming without the pressure of having everything figured out. What first found its voice through a podcast has grown into a dwelling place for honest conversations, meaningful connections, and the ongoing journey of becoming mentally, physically, and spiritually.

At the heart of Boldly Becoming is the understanding that growth rarely happens in a straight line. Life changes us. Faith stretches us. Relationships reveal us. Healing challenges us. And sometimes, the person we're becoming looks nothing like the person we imagined we would be. Here, we don't pretend to have all the answers. We make room for the questions, the lessons, the laughter, the uncomfortable truths, and the courage it takes to keep showing up.

As the vision expanded, so did the ways we connect. The Boldly Becoming podcast continues to create space for vulnerable storytelling and real conversations about life's complexities. According to Us brings friendship, different perspectives, and unscripted conversations into the journey, reminding us that we don't always have to agree to understand one another. Intimately Yours Bible Study creates an intentional space to explore Scripture, deepen our relationship with God, and grow together in faith. Each experience has its own voice, but all are rooted in the same belief: becoming is a lifelong journey, and no one should feel they have to navigate it alone.

Boldly Becoming is more than content to consume. It's a community to belong to, a place to reflect, and an invitation to embrace every season of your becoming. Whether you're here for a conversation, a moment of laughter, spiritual encouragement, or simply the reassurance that you're not alone in your journey, there's room for you here. Come as you are, bring your story, and keep becomingβ€”boldly, imperfectly, and authentically.

MEET THE FOUNDER

Hi, I’m Kennyetta.

I'm Kennyetta Watkinsβ€”a woman of faith, a licensed professional counselor, a storyteller, a podcast host, and, perhaps most importantly, a woman who is still figuring out this beautifully complicated thing called life.

I've experienced seasons that stretched my faith, challenged what I believed about myself, and forced me to take an honest look at who I was becoming. I've learned that healing isn't always pretty, growth isn't always comfortable, and sometimes the biggest breakthroughs come when we're willing to admit that we don't have it all figured out. And trust me, I've had plenty of those moments!

I'm someone who loves a meaningful conversation, a good laugh, and the kind of storytelling that makes you stop and say, "Wait a minute, I thought I was the only one!" I believe we can talk about faith without pretending we're perfect, discuss difficult experiences without losing our sense of humor, and celebrate who we're becoming without being ashamed of who we've been.

That's the heart behind Boldly Becoming. I didn't create this space because I had all the answers. I created it because I believe our stories matter, our voices deserve to be heard, and there's something powerful about realizing we're not navigating life alone. Whether I'm behind the microphone, having an unscripted conversation with a friend, or opening Scripture with others, my desire is to create room for connection, reflection, laughter, and growth.

So, if you're looking for someone who has life completely figured out, well... you might be in the wrong place! But if you're willing to laugh a little, think a little deeper, challenge yourself, embrace your story, and keep becoming, I think we'll get along just fine.

Becoming boldly. Loving myself unconditionally.
